Audio/Video Quality: Beautiful New Faces 2 was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director B. Skow for Girlfriends Films. Using high definition cameras, Skow set forth to provide an upgraded experience from his award winning “Brand New Faces” series that I always appreciated. Sparta handled the camera along with Skow, and Hashiell Dammett was the editor, allowing Skow to interview the ladies without dealing with all the ongoing issues involved. There was no continuous company watermark on the screen and while certain portion of the footage looked like a filter was used to soften the image, the overall look of the show was solid. The aural components were likewise nicely done, the 2.0 Dolby Digital encoding added in during post production to limit the background noises, no evidence of a boom mike used to get better vocals or anything other than a camera attached microphone as with most porn.

Body of Review: B. Skow needs no introduction on the pages of XCritic, the talented director having had his praises sung loud and often by a multitude of critics as well as having contributed some blogs over the years himself. His current distribution deal with Girlfriends Films has allowed him to break free of his former corporate chains and offer up a wealth of variety in his works of late, some of them truly outstanding. His latest venture is called Beautiful New Faces 2, a showcase for attractive newcomer ladies to strut their stuff akin to his infamous “Brand New Faces” series but without the gimmick of the “contract” signed regarding a performance as a “first”. Personally, I prefer seasoned performers that are not always looking at the camera instead of a partner, that have learned to enjoy the sex, and that do not equate screaming at the top of their lungs with having a fake porn orgasm but the allure of a fresh newcomer drives much of porn even today. The listed ladies in the single disc show included Keisha Grey, Belle Noire, Daisey Haze, and Chloe Amour, and four mopes of varying quality, a diverse selection of performers. The back cover described the movie like this: “I choose four girls that in the past few months have really stood out to me as performers who are beautiful, really enjoy having sex, love being in porn, and have interesting real life personalities. The girls talk candidly about themselves, dance to their favorite music while undressing, use their imagination to role-play a realistic tease and masturbation, and then have uninterrupted sex with a partner they choose to work with.” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Keisha Grey, the busty young lady featured on the front cover, was up first with a white top on and some torn blue jean shorts. Skow dug in early to try and trip her up from the usual rote interview questions, establishing a rapport with her as a tease montage played in alternating fashion with her sitting on the bed. Her adorable gap in her teeth was endearing just as her boobs and ass gave her that juicy look guys like me adore, a landing strip of pubic hair above her otherwise shaven snatch looking tasty too. Her sexual antics were shown next as she was stuck paired up with Kurt Lockwood, the guy playing an over the hill musician under a lot of pressure. While she looked less than half his age, she tried to calm him down with no short on, the guy refusing to have sex with her since it would weaken his legs, an old wives tale that she wasn’t buying into. Her shorts came off and all bets were off, his fingers probing her before some kissing led to him gobbling her gash, the gal slobbing his knob and some 69 before she actively rode his turgid rod. There was some additional oral and she drained his dragon to receive a facial of semen, Kurt’s usual charm shining through at the very end too (sarcasm intended).

Scene Two: Chloe Amour, a lean and angular brunette wearing a black dress, was up next in the house as Skow tried to engage her mind outside the standard questions as she danced around. A montage of her in various states of undress played here too, the gal sporting a bald beaver and a perky ass, the tease leading to her with Clover in a vignette. He questioned whether she was comfortable with various aspects of modeling, Chloe showing her ease by getting increasingly sexy as he took some shots with his phone. The interview was kind of stilted and seemed like Clover was not the best at improv to say the least, Chloe sprawling out on his desk naked for him to paw before his caresses led to some oral by both of them and his clothing joined hers. Her sloppy hummer left a wealth of saliva all over her but she didn’t care because they moved onto various positions of vaginal boning, the gal passive for much of the tryst though she put some energy into it toward the end when she was on top. He finished it up by unleashing his sperm on her face for her to swallow her efforts rewarded as expected.

Scene Three: Daisy Haze, a lean brunette girl next door type with large areolas, was up next in a tight red dress as well as a trashy white tank top and striped shorts, her alias in the industry known as “Daisy Summers”. While most of her 19 scenes (released as of this writing) have been for second to fourth tier companies, she has always seemed to have a great deal of potential, the interview and tease session leading to her working with Michael Vegas. Their vaginal antics followed a similar pattern with Keisha more actively riding than Belle, the ladies cum swapping his semen at the end of the tryst.

Bonus Scene: Sexually Explicit 1: Capri Cavanni, the fetching blond seen on the left side of the front cover, was up next with Pierce Logan, the man feeling her up after giving her a ring though the gal cut him off prematurely for his public display of affection, ensuing moments showing his fingers working her panty clad snatch while they drank wine and getting a foot job from her, his generosity with jewelry always leading to some play but stopping short of satisfaction. I rated the movie as Recommended based on the selection of ladies including Keisha Grey, Daisy Haze, Chloe Amour, and Belle Noir but some may want to adjust the scoring as they see fit. The technical values helped make things work and I’m still waiting for better extras but it was fun to watch the bonus scene from Sexually Explicit 1 even if the menu credits listed Brooklyn Chase instead of Capri Cavanni. In short, Beautiful New Faces 2 was the latest industry starlet showcase series for relatively new newcomers worth knowing about, a broad selection of ladies included here rather than a group that looked much alike so pick this one up and see what you think because I seriously doubt this is the last we’ll hear of this one as a potential series.
