Audio/Video Quality: Liquid Lesbians was presented in a crisp, anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Jonni Darkko for Evil Angel. While Jonni worked the main camera, he had Sal Genoa cover the slow motion camera for the squirt recaps, editor Mel Phoenix tightening up the total footage into a coherent whole. The flesh tones were accurate, the light splendid, and the resolution just fine with minimal aliasing or compression artifacts, a company watermark observed on the lower right hand corner of the screen at all times. The stereo audio was offered in the AC3 format with a sample rate of 48 kHz and bit rate of 192 kbps, the music and vocals blended well in the show’s four scenes courtesy of Jonni’s long established expertise in the aural components.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko is a highly regarded director here on XCritic, his works for Evil Angel in particular frequently fought over or on more wish lists than anyone this side of Jules Jordan, Kevin Moore, or Mason. As such, I don’t often get to see much of his work until it is award voting time but his name is often associated with the term “quality” so I was more than happy to give an early first look at his upcoming Liquid Lesbians, a lesbian fuck flick focusing on squirting and other fluid dynamics that comes out later this month. As a movie with “squirting” in it, of course it had to have Bonnie Rotten, the multi-award winning hotty featured on the right side of the front cover, and Nadia Styles has been known to let loose the juice of late too, AJ Applegate as fine a squirter as you will run across and the others adding some fun too so I had high hopes going into this one even if lesbian trysts are not the top of my list outside of my own bedroom. The company website described the movie like this: “Under the direction of Jonni Darkko, sexy sluts are always encouraged to get wet and freaky.
