Final Thoughts

Cece Capella's quarterback skills could've been put to a bit more of the test with a small script that would've humanized her and made for a more memorable scene.

It delivers what it promises and boasts some interesting videography, even if it can act as a hindrance at times. The disc works without being too overly committed to its thesis, which helps in the regard that we can see more of Skyla and Cece outside of what we can see from their short little solos. Perhaps a bit long in the tooth for what it is, but not without its own surprises, Titty Attack Volume 9 shows no reason the series can't continue and still bear the same quality standard.
