Audio/Video Quality: The picture was in full frame color. It looked above average in terms of quality with very few compression artifacts or other transfer problems. Some of the lighting might've been a bit better though. The audio was in stereo with no detectable separation (if there was any, it wasn't evident) but it wasn't bad except for whatever dubbing took place on some of the sex sounds.

Body of Review: Hustler is known for a lot of things connected with pornography and the company is currently taking the world by storm as it buys up companies like VCA and Vivid. Not too long ago, it was in a similar mode of acquisition when it raided Private Pictures of a few of their directors like Pierre Woodman. Pierre is known mostly for his hardcore taste in anal action and mechanical, passionless sex. I really liked Hustler XXX 17 so when I got the chance to check out the following volume, I jumped at it. This was a mixed bag but still good enough to earn a recommended rating. Here's a list of the scenes by cast and action:

Scene One: Filthy Girl: Jessica, a bleached blonde with a lean body, baths in a big bathtub before being joined by Kevin. This scene didn't have anal but it had everything else you'd want, including a POV BJ. Pretty warm.

Scene Two: Little Missy: Romana, a dark haired gal with tiny breasts, joined Tristan on a couch after a quick striptease. This one had lots of anal before the facial for those who are into that type of stuff. Not bad if you like them young looking.

Scene Three: No English: Lucie and Martina warmed up for us with some rubbing action by Director Pierre before being joined by Alain and Kevin in the living room. Some DP action among other things and some heat too.

Scene Four: Crazy Eyes: Rachel, a gal with beautiful eyes and a lean body, and Bob had a scene without anal on a bed. Not bad and I think she had fun.

Scene Five: Waiting...: Sabrina, Sandra and Kevin had a pretty warm scene with anal after the gals warmed up with one another. Well done!

Summary: Over 2 hours of hardcore action, attractive women, and some variety of locations and action make this a pretty fair choice for fans. I suggest volume 18 as Recommended but adjust your rating according to what you prefer in a porn movie.
