Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.78:1 ratio widescreen (non-anamorphic though). It was grainy and had too much video noise with color bleeding but wasn't totally lame. The compression artifacts were a bit on the plentiful side though and that's a shame.The audio was in stereo English with the vocals and music quite clear.

Body of Review: Michael Raven makes some weird, yet often interesting porn movies. Formerly married to Sydnee Steele, and recently married to Julia Ann (I believe), his brand of porno is typically a feature with a Twilight Zone twist or two. Such is the case with a movie he made several years ago called Hidden Desires. The movie is about a young gal, Raylene, who has a domineering husband, Eric. She meets a stranger, Evan, who shows her that she can live differently. The plot is minimal which is good considering the level of acting here so fans of the cast need not worry too much about it. Here's a breakdown of the scenes:

Scene One: Sydnee, one of the most attractive Wicked Pictures contract performers (before they snagged her), and Eric, had a scene on a bed. She teased him and got him all worked up before he returned the favor and ate at the Y. Very warm scene.

Scene Two: Raylene, former Vivid contract performer and excellent feature dancer at strip clubs, took on Eric on another bed. Decent enough oral (coming after Sydnee is a curse for some though) and straight before the pop shot on her back and ass. Not bad.

Scene Three: April and Ava, both cuties, had a lesbian scene with Raylene assisting about half way through. Very nice scene if you like gal on gal action like I do. Towards the end, Evan even joined in but he only did April. Warm.

Scene Four: Shelbee, looking all hot and sweaty, took on Erik and Bobby in a smoky room. Not great but worthy of watching several times. She does love to grunt and groan during the act.

Summary: Most of the sex is well done, even if it is oral and straight with condoms. For those in the right mood, the dvd is one I can give a limited Recommended to although I would've preferred some higher production values and extras designed for the feature.
