Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. The thing about Red Light is that they are usually the best lit gonzo company in the jizz bizz. This movie was not one of their best looking in that regard with the lighting off in more than one scene and a bit more grain than I'd have liked. Some of the action was obscured by the camera angles too but that was the exception rather than the rule. The stereo audio was clear in most cases with a few minor problems that I caught on my second viewing.

Body of Review: Red Light District has a number of series going on at any given time and this is both a blessing and a curse. On the up side, it means you have time to enjoy each volume and the company can take its time by releasing a movie when it's ready rather than to meet a stupid deadline put forth by "the suits". On the downside, that means you may sometime have to wait a long time between later volumes so depending on what market niche you're most interested in, you may get impatient waiting. One of my earlier reviews of a Red Light District title that I didn't care for was Black On Black 3. It had too many faults to go into here but suffice it to say, my experience with RLD to that point had been so positive that I wondered what went wrong. I like attractive Black women as much as I like attractive women of any race so that wasn't it. Whatever the reason, I figured I'd take a look at Black On Black 4 to see if it was just a fluke or not. Here's what I found:

Scene One: Ashley, a lean and leggy gal with light skin, warms herself up with some baby oil before putting on some fishnet stockings. After some tease action, she takes on both Marcus and Darren on a couch. Aside from the oral and straight, she also took anal with a DP before the facial (an inner mouth shots). Warm.

Scene Two: Dominique, a gal with thick legs, started off her tease session by showing her ample booty. She then moved to the couch with Darren and Devlin in a variety of positions for oral and straight pleasure before the mouth load of goo. Not bad but weaker than average.

Scene Three: Monique, a 20 year old hardbody in the first few weeks of her porn life, insists that she's going to do two guys for the first time on camera. Luckily for them, Darren and Devlin are the two who get to try her out on the infamous RLD couch. She didn't do anal but she was pretty happy taking a couple mouthfuls of goo and letting it stream down her chest. Fair.

Scene Four: Cashmere, a 23 year old with a big ass, enjoyed both Marcus and Devlin in one of her first scenes. She was too chunky for me but if you like them meaty, she should be on your list. aside from some post orgasm sucking, she did look to be afraid of getting a blast to the face.

Scene Five: Katrina, a tiny and lean gal in her first appearance on camera, took care of Marcus and Devlin-showing her 18 year old body off to its best advantage. She didn't do much for me as I'm not a fan of really young looking gals (she looked about 16) but the guys had fun. She was pretty energetic for a youngster and took a mouthful for the team.

Scene Six: Mya, the cutie on the dvd cover and the lightest skinned gal here (not to mention the best looking gal in the movie if you judge solely by her face), showed her lean body off to the camera before, enjoying sex with Darren. That she also did anal was cool but her dirty talk couldn't compensate for her letting the guy do most of the work. Warm but could've been better.

Summary: So there you have it, RLD does have some flaws to work out even though they're currently the best gonzo production company in the American market. The series has improved and I figure the next volume will be good enough to recommend but until that time, this one is a Rent It. I'm sure the ladies will all look better and the technical issues worked out by then-I have seen far too many Red Light District releases to think they aren't able to show the right stuff (and generally a lot cheaper than their main competitor).
