Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color and looked very crisp and clear. Given the nature of RLD's releases, this is not all that difficult but it's always good to see a good looking picture. The stereo sound was in English and clear if a touch low once or twice.

Body of Review: Red Light District, the true King of Gonzo porn in the USA, has a number of new directors and a bunch of series to keep them busy with. Their latest series is called simply, One On One and is designed to address the large number of consumers who don't want to see what amount to gangbangs every time they open a new RLD dvd. In the show, there are 6 scenes and half of the gals, most of whom are pretty new to porn, do anal. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Kimy, a gal with a bigger gap between her front teeth than the next Governor of California, and Steve, had a scene on a couch. There was oral, straight and anal and some guys will like her hairy crotch. The best way to describe her look would be to say she looks like a cross between Parker Posey and Bjork. In all, the scene was pretty good.

Scene Two: Elizabeth, a 26 year old cutie with bright eyes and a ready smile, did Manuel in her first boy/girl scene. Her lean body did wonders for my libido, and the action included oral and straight. The only thing I didn't like about the scene was her heat rash around her crotch (maybe she shaved too close) but it was a good first scene.

Scene Three: Holly, a cute 21 year old blonde, did Ben on the old couch. Oral and straight only with the obligatory facial but I must say her body looked fine (I hope to see more of her soon). The make-up made her look ghoulish though so maybe the fill in that did it should hold the boom mike next time.

Scene Four: Layna, a 19 year old in her 2nd scene ever and a bad makeup job, did the deed with Brett. This time, you know there'll be anal since Brett doesn't take "no" for an answer. It was a pretty good scene but she really didn't look up to RLD standards.

Scene Five: Alexia, the drop dead gorgeous gal from the dvd cover (she looked much better in action), and Dick, had a scene together. There was a bit of anal but not much and the oral/straight sex was well done. This is another gal I hope to see more of in future releases. Yum!

Scene Six: Nevaeh, an 18 year old dancer from Las Vegas, and Nacho did the deed this time. The gal looked like Gauge's little kid sister and he planted his seed all over her face. Oral and straight only with some real energy. Warm.

Summary: This wasn't my favorite Red Light District release of recent months but it was still good enough to rate a Recommended. Maybe the quality of their gonzo releases have spoiled me but some of the gals weren't really attractive enough for what I've come to expect from RLD and the action wasn't exactly what they're known for. Had the title been the latest release in the Brand New series, I'd have probably given it more credit but still not enough to rate the coveted high recommendation that RLD often gets.
