Audio/Video: The video was presented in 1.33:1 ratio Full Frame color with the exception of two scenes that were in widescreen. These two scenes are noted in the scene by scene breakdown. The picture quality varied, but for the most part it was less than decent. The picture seemed to have an excessive a blocky/grainy touch. The lighting was presented from horrible to okay to very good. The audio was presented in stereo. The sound quality for the most part was poor, as the background music tended to be overly loud and drowned out the foreground sounds.
DVD Mechanics: DVD opens with several minutes very annoying ads for Vivid website, Herbal Vivid (like Viagra?), phone sex ads, and Vivid endorsed sex toys that you can't skip.
Body of Review: Vivid presents another installment in the 5 Star compilation series. In this series Vivid gives 10 scenes from the proposed adult star's filmography that features 5 star top quality, the best of the best scenes. In this title we are presented with 10 scenes from Taylor Hayes' career ranging from 1999 to 2001. Taylor Hayes is well known for her abilities on camera, her attractive face, and shapely body. Scene from: Creating Kate (1999)
Taylor looks pretty good in this scene. She's wearing some black sequins top and with sequins gloves. This scene begins with Bobby V. and Taylor Hayes on a photo shoot. While Bobby is photographing Taylor, she gets up and kisses him. Then the two engage in oral and straight sex. The scene ends with Bobby unloading on Taylor's backside. The scene was pretty decent. Their chemistry and sex was okay. The bed makes this annoying noise throughout the scene. The background music is a bit too loud throughout the scene.

Scene From: Deviant (1999)
This scene is set in a club setting. Evan and Chennin are getting busy on stage while a group of people watch. The scene cuts out to find Taylor Hayes entering the club. Raylene is in the crowd with Cheyne Collins and she spots Taylor. The two girls go at it. Billy, Chenye, and Evan then team up to take on Chennin. The scene ends with Chennin getting her chest and stomach covered. This scene wasn't that great. It jumped back and forth too much and I was really disappointed to see a scene with this many girls and guys, yet not all the girls actually partook in the straight sex.

Scene From: Double Cross (1999)
This scene features two very attractive girls in some very hot girl/girl action. Taylor is pretty much naked already and she looks absolutely hot. Keri has a skirt and a bra on, also looking very good. We find the girls in an executive office setting. The girls pleasure each other using their hands, mouths, and fingers. They do not use any toys in this scene. Overall it was a pretty good scene.

Scene from: Haze (2001)
In this scene Taylor is wearing a very blonde (practically white) wig. Dasha is a blonde large breasted gal with a cute face. Lola is a decent looking girl with large breasts. The three girls are all in a jail cell. The three girls have a standard all girl threesome with no toys. It wasn't that exciting, the scene was fairly dark and I didn't care for the camera angles.

Both Taylor and Ruby are dressed in fifties style. (or maybe forties) Anyways we find the two girls in a locker room with a good number of guys. Some guys are standing off to the side watching, while Billy and Brad team up on Taylor and Joel and Michael take on Raylene. This scene contains a lot of partner and position switching. The scene includes oral, straight, and anal sex. The scene ends with the girls each taking two facial. This scene was pretty decent. There was a lot of action, which made it a little hard to follow.

Here we find the two girls in a bathroom. Taylor removes Cherie's clothing and proceeds to finger and eat her out. Cherie almost immediately begins moaning. She seems to be trying to hard as her moans seem hollow and tend to get repetitive and annoying. Then Taylor fingers herself while sitting on a toilet (the cover is down, this isn't Hustler). Cherie gets in the shower and waters herself down as she plays with herself. The girls then move into the bathroom and they get busy using some toys. This scene wasn't very exciting. The shower scene could have been hot, but it wasn't. Had Taylor been in there, things might have been different. Anyways the girl/girl action was pretty average bland stuff.

Here in this scene we find Tony eating out Taylor as she goes pretty wild. She just won't sit still and let Tony do his work. They start out on a desk and move over to the couch. Taylor then gives Tony a very short blow job. The two then have straight sex and the scene ends with Tony unloading on her stomach. This scene was pretty short and I've scene Taylor give better performances before. Her oral segment was short and pretty bland. The straight sex involved one position. Overall this scene just wasn't good.

Kobe Tai is an extremely beautiful Asian gal. She has a wonderful body, decent but firm breasts, and an absolutely beautiful face. She joins Taylor Hayes in this scene for girl/girl action. Anyways the girls take care of each other using their hands and mouths. The scene was pretty decent, but it seemed pretty short.

Scene from: Spies in the House of Love (2001)
In this scene we find Taylor, Charlie, and Julian outdoors. Taylor looks gorgeous in this tight short one piece dress. Similarly Charlie looks fantastic in a light blue dress. The dresses compliment the two girls' great bodies and large breasts. Taylor and Julian engage in oral and straight sex, while Charlie plays with herself and Taylor using toys amongst other things. Julian unloads on Taylor's stomach. This was a very hot scene! The only complaint I have is that Charlie didn't jump in during the oral or straight sex. The girls were both absolutely gorgeous looking in this scene. Well I guess I have another complaint, the background music was a wee bit too loud during the scene. The girls were still very vocal, but it was still annoying. Anyways this was definitely a heated scene.

In this scene we find the girls in the great outdoors. Julia Ann and Jenteal are removing each others clothes while Taylor watches and plays with herself. After a bit Taylor moves to join the other two girls. The girls then use their hands and mouths to satisfy one another. It was a pretty hot scene with three incredibly hot girls.

Scene From: Where the Boys Aren't 14 (????)
This scene opens with Taylor, Raylene, Jenna, and Briana dressed scandalously and they are in a male strip club. There are several guys dancing around the girls. These guys are also barely dressed. This is not what I want to see. Very scary! Anyways our main focus surrounds the four girls who engage in all girl group sex. There is a lot of big breasts, hot looking girls, moaning, licking, rubbing, etc. This scene had some potential since it started some of the hottest females in the adult industry. However the setting (with the guys dancing) was simply disturbing. Also since it was in a club setting, there was a constant flashing light, which made it very difficult to follow. Anyways to sum it up, the girls were all definitely hot, they were great together, but the setting/scenery was just horrible.

This scene kicks off with the girls drinking champagne, splashing Raylene. She complains that she's the only one getting wet and this seems to cause an uprising. The girls rip off each others clothes and a very large all girl orgy ensues. Some of the girls employ the use of toys. This scene was okay, there was way too much going on.

Concluding Words: This title marks the ninth Vivid compilation DVD release starring Taylor Hayes. This is the third title I've reviewed of Taylor. Perhaps if you noticed half of this compilation came from other compilations. My thought to you is that if this is supposed to be a compilation of Taylor's best work, what does that make the other compilations? Her worst? Anyways this title definitely had some good content, but as for the new content (stuff not from other reviews), it just wasn't that good. This compilation is definitely not full of Taylor's 5 star scenes. I'm suggesting that you rent this title, as there is some good content, but it really isn't worth owning.
Note that each scene is rated from a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being bad and 10 being good.
