Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in anamorphic widescreen 1.85:1 ratio color. There was grain and some video noise but overall it looked similar to Jack's Playground 4, which improved on the initial volume of the series. There were no compression artifacts and the quality was pretty good for this type of show. The audio was presented in 5.1 Dolby Digital surround English. There was some separation between the channels, but it was by no means a top of the line budget, if you catch my drift.

Body of Review: Robby D. is known, primarily from his movie making days at Vivid, for his weird low-budget releases. Nowadays, he's allowed to make bigger budget movies like Sinful Creations but he still seems to have an urge to experiment with his camera. In his latest release, Jack's Playground 5, Robby continues his misadventures as a guy trying to seduce young women by telling them he's a music video director. The premise is just a means to an end where Robby can display his unique brand of humor in this genre-smashing series (it's a combination of gonzo, feature, and even pro-am at times). If you want to see something different than the usual formula-driven porn, read these scene breakdowns by cast:

Scene One: Michelle, a blonde with nice natural breasts, took on Eric after a brief discussion about her potential in music videos. There was oral and straight sex with her showing some talent for working in front of a video camera. Her moves seemed a bit less structured than in most porn and some of you will enjoy that a lot. She was curvy and cute, and the scene ended with a facial.

Scene Two: Jana, one of the most attractive blondes in the business these days, showed off her perfect ass as she walked up the stairs and soon took off her top as well. Her mesmerizing eyes and winning smile helped make me want her as she masturbated on the infamous couch. Sadly, she didn't actually have sex here (sniff) and that really lowered my opinion of the scene.

Scene Three: Holly, with dark hair this time, worked as a leasing agent showing off an apartment to Jack and Eric. Eric took the initiative and had a scene with her as Jack (Robby) taped them. They changed positions a few times and it ended with a moderate facial. I think the two had some chemistry and it showed throughout the scene.

She blew him with a bit of newcomer energy but soon enough acted like his dick was poison and wanted it over with. They also did straight sex but I had a difficult time believing they had any fun here. Heck, it took him forever to jerk his load upon her face (not a good sign) and she never lifted a finger to help him (although she did lick his balls a bit). Pass!

Scene Five: Tanya, yet another cute and lean blonde (I'm glad Robby called them by name more often than not or I'd have trouble identifying them), jumped in the truck to be interviewed after they found a semi-secluded spot. Her breasts and pussy looked very inviting but we all know Robby wasn't going to get any of it. Like scene two, she masturbated a bit but I wanted more.

Scene Six: Jamie, a short blonde and Haley, a lean brunette, were hanging out with Ben when visiting Jack. The gals took right to blowing Ben and had a ménage a tois on the couch. The scene was mostly oral and straight but also had some anal action with Haley taking it in her backdoor with some help by her friend. There was a bit of ATM (ass to mouth) and he hammered away until he dropped his load on their faces.

Summary: Robby is one of those creative directors that has a pretty good track record and is not willing to stick with a particular formula as so many others do. This sometimes means the movies he makes are a bit mixed in terms of quality and heat but at least he's willing to try and expand the envelope. I'm not as happy with this volume as with Jack's Playground 4, but I think it was easily worth a rating of Rent It since a lot of fans seem to be appreciating Robby's risk taking (as long as he provides some hot looking gals). Check it out, just keep in mind that the technical constraints here were mixed.
