In general, the extras were pretty solid. I'm a fan of the behind the scenes footage and deleted scenes so getting an extra 37 minutes of footage was great.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, like most porn over the years. Shot in a gonzo meets reality television style, the technical aspects should be weak but the fact was, it looked pretty good. Yes, the light atop the camera made for some bright spots and there was some grain but for a release made years ago on a shoestring budget, I can't complain (and all of you know how easily I can complain). I saw no compression artifacts and even the bonus footage looked good. The audio was presented in stereo English with some variations in the vocals but it seemed more real due to the way it was captured by the home-style equipment.

Body of Review: Fans of lesbian action have long held a warm place in their crotch for a series and it's spin offs released under the banner of Shane's World. A combination of the reality cable show on MTV, The Real World, and twisted mind of sexually active Shane, the variety of series she put out before selling the business and moving on (only to move back again) was well known to fans. Recently, the nice folks at New Sensations picked up the back catalog to the older titles, including Slumber Party 15, the subject of this review.

For those unfamiliar with the series, Slumber Party would take a group of gals, put them in a big house, and let them loose to play with one another in front of a videocamera crew. They would play with one another in any way they wanted, have a lot of great times, and not worry about following a formula as far too many other companies seem stuck to. In a sense, it had its own formula apart from mainstream porn and those of us who enjoy watching women do one another would always look forward to the next release in the series. It was a shame when Shane left porn as her successor was not nearly as talented (although, to be fair, sometimes a good volume would hit the shelves).

The women were not perfect looking, although cuties such as Holly Hollywood and Adriana Sage were in top form (Adriana is world renowned for her work in Andrew Blake's releases), and they didn't enjoy the company of men in this series (although many of them did elsewhere) but fans of lesbian antics generally are more concerned about seeing the gals have a great time. Such is the case with this release. I haven't seen a full volume of this one in years, and even then it was on a crummy videotape, not the superior DVD. In short, I wasn't sure if the series could live up to the hype. Luckily, it did more than that, it provided me with a new way to appreciate why lesbian action is so hot for men. I know some critics don't like the series and such critics are usually referred to as gay men (at least by the fans of the series and its performers) but the bottom line is that those who enjoy watching women do each other, in orgies, will love this one.

The action was lesbian in nature but that doesn't mean it was without variation too. They did a lot of oral, of course, but they also used a whole lot of toys from vibrators to dildos to strap-on's, and even sex swings. There was some food action going on, anal and even technical DPs (double penetrations) as well as more basic erotic stuff like spin the bottle (starting off slowly but getting more heated with each spin). The women mixed and matched with different partners throughout the show and this also added some measure of fun to the show.

Summary: I'm going to rate this one as Highly Recommended due to the high level of fun, the women themselves, the cool extras and high level production values. For the type of show, this was well worth your hard earned fuck bucks and fans of lesbian sex will really need to check this one out. I look forward to seeing some of the other titles being released lately, as well as some of the newer releases coming under the Shane's World heading. Shane's World, it's not your father's porn!
