Extra's: There really weren't many extras on this two disc set although I liked how there were photogalleries for each of the various scenes; a feature other compilations might want to incorporate in the future. The extras also included the generic Wicked Pictures DVD catalog, company profile, Casino game, Award Winner and Nominations special, desktop photos (all on DVD Rom), trailers, and a double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: Jenna Uncut & Uncensored was presented in the same aspect ration as most of its scenes, 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. The scenes did not look cleaned up or remastered from their original releases but I have been told over the years that the older (grainy) movies like Dreamquest and Conquest can't be improved in any significant way, regardless of expense. I still think they looked problematic but this is the best sex you'll see Jenna Jameson in (I like her newer material too but it usually lacks the same energy, heat, passion and freshness that Jenna had when working at Wicked Pictures). There was a lot of grain, video noise and even some minor compression artifacts but you won't find the scenes looking better. The audio was presented in the same Dolby Digital stereo the scenes were released on DVD previously with major limitations on channel separation and dynamic range. The extra footage often lacked in finesse and had no soundtrack, a favorable condition much of the time.

Body of Review: What can be said about the lovely and talented Jenna Jameson that hasn't already been said? Currently, she is the shining example of success in porn, something akin to the lottery winner of the multi state lotteries you buy tickets for. Once in every generation comes a true star in porn and Jenna is easily the winner these days, hands down. She is also the poster child for women's empowerment since she runs her own life, calls her own shots, and is almost as much myth as reality. Much of her success is due to her work for Wicked Pictures as a contract star since they pumped her up and put almost all of their then meager resources into making her the star she became and she, in return, elevated them to a place that no other company can lay claim to: the best feature maker in porn. Is it any wonder that years after their less than amicable parting, the company can cash in on their plentiful vaults of Jenna material? Such is the case with their latest compilation, Jenna Uncut & Uncensored, a series of scenes from her earlier movies along with all the deleted footage Wicked could dig up. As a fan of Jenna, I wish those many minutes of material were released previously but I can't help but truly appreciate what was included along with the ten scenes on this two disc set. Here's a quick look at what was included, enough Jenna Jameson footage to keep a fan happy for a long, hard time:

Scene One: Conquest: 1996: D-Brad Armstrong & Greg Steel: Jenna, playing the concubine and partner of a pirate, had this scene on a beach with manly Vince. I'll admit that the picture looked grainy and much like a VCD but this was her breakthrough role and the afternoon sun made her looked really appealing as the two sucked and fucked. The 8:19 long edited version of the scene was nice but the 17:57 long version, with all the edited out bloopers and comments, was really much better for fans.

Scene Two: Wicked Weapon: 11/30/1996: D-Brad Armstrong: This Jenna scene was her first orgy, lasting 11:57 and including Jenna, Laure, Sindee, Nici, Peter, TT, Jeanna, and a few others in the background as part of a fancy ball turned into a balling fancy. Again, this one looked a bit rough on the technical matters but it had a lot of Jenna at her best with plenty of oral and vaginal sex by her. The unedited 28:25 version didn't have the annoying music and that alone made it better. I only wish Wicked Pictures had thought of this before; Yum!

Scene Three: Dreamquest: 2000: D-Brad Armstrong: Jenna, in her then ultimate movie (winning a zillion awards) and final release as a contract star for Wicked Pictures, had a scene with ice queen (no, literally) Alex in a snow cavern, lasting 8:32. The picture quality was always weak here too (I see a trend folks) but the lesbian antics drove me crazy when I first saw it so long ago and it's no wonder that fans everywhere call this the pinnacle of pussy for Jenna Jameson. The uncensored, uncut version lasted 27:33 and had all the background noises and flubs you'd expect but was also hotter in many ways if you can get past the problems.

Scene Four: Blue Movie: 1995: D-Michael Zen: This is what I said about the short, 7:19 scene previously: "Jenna, in a movie that I liked a lot when I first saw it, and TT, had a scene in Zen's film (not video) about the making of a porno. The two were in a bamboo shack and had a lot of energy together so it's easy to see why Jenna, at the awards ceremony when she won a "best couples" award, suggested she was still sore for the sex. Heck, TT splooged two and a half times here; it was that good." The 26:54 long version had a lot of background clutter and direction but I still thought it was a better scene for entertainment purposes.

Scene Five: Wicked One: 1995: D-Brad Armstrong & Greg Steel: Jenna, wearing black, skintight latex pants and a white form fitting tank top, abused Tom along with Channone on a staircase. I had never seen this one before so it really worked for me as Jenna has rarely been able to pull off a dominatrix attitude in my opinion. Jenna took very little of his penis (her partner went so far as to do anal) but it was a heated scene lasting 12:13 nonetheless. The 24:57 version of the footage wasn't as well paced and that detracted from the pure sensuality of the players but I wouldn't have given up all the extra footage, making the extra material prime extras material.

Scene Six: Silver Screen Confidential: 2/24/1996: D-Jim Enright: Jenna, looking even better than in her first scene, took care of Peter on a bed. They each did oral on one another, with him doing the majority of work, and screwed in a couple of positions. I really liked her corset and lingerie with the period piece makeup in a great scene lasting 13:15 but the previously unreleased version lasting 24:11 had a lot to like too (when Wicked released the movie last year, they included a longer cut but it still left footage out).

Scene Seven: Cover To Cover: 1995: D-Brad Armstrong: Jenna, Kaitlyn, and Shelby, all had a lesbian scene emanating out of a poker game while Brad and company watched. It was slowly paced and the manly clothes they wore actually disturbingly worked for me. If you like Jenna's lesbian action as much as I do, this 17:35 long scene will make you as happy as it did me. The uncut version was an amazingly lengthy 35:37 and had even more sexy footage of the gals in action. Whew!

Scene Eight: Priceless: 1995: D-Jim Enright: This was Jenna's first movie for Wicked Pictures and also her first lesbian scene according to Jessica Drake's narration. I had never seen it and found it to be a very good opener for her since I knew that the two were real life bed buddies too (and the chemistry showed throughout the scene). It only lasted 9:07 but I couldn't deny their heat together so the extended footage provided (26:09) me a better look at how the two wanted it to work as much as I did (although it wasn't the best extra footage of the batch).

Scene Nine: Satyr: 8/9/1996: D-Michael Zen: Here's what I said about this very short, 5:55 in length, scene way back when: "The last full sex scene was between Jenna and Brad. They were in full makeup, dressed as Satyr's and looking a bit silly but the action made up for it. Even though you won't buy into the premise of modern day satyr's and the fantasy storyline, you'll notice the heat between the two stars here as well as the chemistry they showed which far surpassed their earlier scene together. Facial fans will see Jenna take a large load, something she was always criticized as not doing by the unwashed masses of gonzo fans, and I have always liked this scene a whole lot." The extra footage brought the time up to 21:03 and had a lot of silly moments well worth goofing on but also more Jenna too.

Scene Ten: VR-69: 1995: D-Jim Enright: Jenna, in a hot black fetish outfit on a couch, took care of Steven in a slow, sensual scene that really impressed me as to how it showed her sexual growth. The oral was almost as good as the foreplay and the vaginal showed her an active participant of the sex, something she couldn't always say. It lasted 15:18 minutes and 32:18 version was decent too but a lot of the footage was cut as it was direction and non sex.

Summary: Jenna Uncut & Uncensored was worth a rating of Highly Recommended to me as a Jenna Jameson fan and connoisseur of fine porn for years. The extras included ten photogalleries but that wasn't the strength of the release; Jenna Jameson was. If you are a fan, this release is a must have that far surpasses her current output. I can only imagine what other secrets Wicked Pictures has in store for fans but if this compilation is indicative of their other compilations (Wicked Pictures doesn't send their low end compilations to most websites for review), I think they're onto something great. This was a great idea and Jessica Drake's presence, however nice as eye candy, would've been better suited had she given some kind of scene herself.
