Audio/Video Quality: Crack Addict 6 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Chris Streams for release by 3rd Degree. The lighting was almost always handled nicely, limiting the grain and other visual flaws in the open settings of the house (living room for the most part) as well as outside. The composition of the shots was largely enhancing to the ladies as they diddled themselves or took on their partners with a few spots in need of fill lighting but otherwise covering up most of their minor flaws. There were no compression artifacts and the fleshtones were very accurate, making this one visually appealing to me; almost the very best I've seen from Chris in the recent past. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio was a bit more basic with no separation or major dynamic range but I could always hear what was said and the music didn't interfere with my viewing pleasure. For those who care, there was also the dubbed Spanish track but if you listen to it, you'll be reminded of some of the older Godzilla movies in terms of lip synch problems (in anime, there is software to fix that).

Body of Review: Chris Streams has been in porn for long enough now that it's no wonder his work at 3rd Degree is among the best they offer up. Like most of us fans that haven't become too jaded to appreciate the heat and energy a great pairing can muster, Chris seems to truly appreciate what he does on a regular basis rather than act like he's simply carrying out a mundane task at a boring job (we've all seen porn shot by that type of director, yes?). His latest work is Crack Addict 6, the thematic sequel to the highly regarded Crack Addict 5, a series that focuses on providing top quality ladies that fuck like they're driven to new heights, even as they do anal. The tease from most of the scenes was very pleasing and the action in most scenes was incredibly hot, making me glad I picked this one up last week. Summary: Crack Addict 6 by director Chris Streams for release by 3rd Degree was a really solid effort using superior technical values, a splendid cast, and some of the best performances I've seen of late; all adding up to a rating of Recommended, largely lowered on the basis of the one dud scene and the missing (though advertised) BTS extra. If four awesome scenes are enough for you to overlook the defects mentioned, by all means run out and pick up a copy for yourself as though it was a notch higher, I just wanted to be fair in my objective rating. In short, Crack Addict 6 carried out the tradition of the series to provide some of the most strokable fuck for the buck action you'll find on a gonzo title, offering up a lot of different types of scenes instead of relying on a strict formula as most titles like this rely on.
