Extra's: The best extra was the 24 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by hotty Francesca Le. It included some photoshoot but most of the time was devoted to interviews with anecdotes about life in porn by the ladies. Mark was working the still camera much of the time, when not directing or performing that is, and it amounted to a solid extra for the fans. There was a photogallery, a pop shot compilation, and a double sided DVD cover (only showing other covers though) but the BTS was clearly the best extra of the limited batch.

Audio/Video Quality: Wasted Youth 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Mark Wood for Red Light District. The lighting was generally good and that helped keep the grain, video noise, and other flaws to a minimum. The fleshtones were accurate and the camera work was generally good with the composition of the shots enhancing the ladies' looks most of the time. There were no compression artifacts or significant shadows to contend with so I found the picture appealing (as will most people that like solid, flat, lighting as RLD is generally known for providing). The audio was nothing special although encoded in 2.0 Dolby Digital English. The processing done in post production aside, the vocals were seemingly recorded in monaural and the music not a big factor so it wasn't a problem but it wasn't anything worth extra points either. In all, I wasn't surprised by the quality of the technical attributes of the movie but I wasn't expecting Mark to drop the ball either given the number of titles he has been making for various companies of late.

Body of Review: Mark Wood is a director that gets around under many aliases but some have claimed that his work for Red Light District seems to showcase his technical skills better than anywhere else. This might be due to the lighting standards they require or the fact that as a hired gun director he can shoot the footage and leave the editing to someone else but I've found his work to be pretty good wherever he shoots (so long as his hotty gal pal Francesca Le is backing him up of course). His latest release for RLD is Wasted Youth 2, a series of scenes starring youthful gals having various forms of hardcore gonzo sex, most of them enjoying it or at least putting on a decent act. If that sounds interesting to you, here's a glimpse into the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Micah Moore, the hotty on the front cover, was up first as she smoked a cancer stick on a bench in a wooded area while wearing her skimpy black attire. Summary: Wasted Youth 2 by director Mark Wood for Red Light District had some minor rough edges but still warranted a rating of Recommended for the casting, the levels of fuck for the buck, and the technical values combined with a solid set of interviews, replayability, and serious strokability factors. In short, Wasted Youth 2 showed that the attractive ladies performing in the movie were not wasted at all, providing sufficient fantasy material for many men to get off safely in the comfort of their own homes rather than chase gals at school yards everywhere. Seriously though, most of the ladies were old enough to have acquired a solid set of performing skills but young enough to look especially hot while applying them, not a loser in the bunch.
