Extra's: The best extra was the great 50 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It was just the right length to include a lot of extra sex footage and some of the clean up. I really liked the showering footage where the language barrier got in the way of Justin and Lucy's conversation (making it look like she was pushed too far in the scene but not in an angry manner) and the majority of the material here was more sex so fans will be happy with it. The other extras were light this time with a pop shot compilation from the scenes, filmographies for some of the ladies, a cast list, a photogallery, a biography, and 12 trailers to shows like Mami Culo Grande 4, Unleashed Vs. Freshly Slayed 2, Ass Everywhere, Big Booty Moms, Big Booty White Girls 1, Big Booty White Girls 2, Big Booty White Girls 3, Big Booty White Girls 4, Just Fuckin 1, Just Fuckin 2, Just Fuckin 3, Black Pipe Layers, Black Girls Get Nasty Too, and Big Booty White Moms.

Audio/Video Quality: Black Pipe Layers 5 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as originally shot by director Justin Slayer for distribution by Evil Angel. The fleshtones looked accurate thanks in large part to decent lighting, which also limited the grain and video noise but wasn't always consistent. The composition of the camera angles wasn't always the best to enhance the look of the females, typically zooming in on blemishes or having the camera move around like someone was always losing their balance, usually when HJ was shooting from what I could tell. The overall visual look of the show was above average compared to some of Justin's earlier works but I thought a lot more attention should've been paid to it than has been the case of late. The 2.0 Dolby Digital audio was presented in the usual English with the levels being a bit varied but you could hear what was said so most fans won't mind the lack of dynamic range or lack of separation between the channels. The music was kind of droning and lame during some of the scene openings but it was less intrusive here than in most of Justin's movies of the last year so I was pleased at the improvement here.

Body of Review: Justin Slayer has long been the best black director distributed by Evil Angel. While he has been the only such director, they have passed on a lot of others in the field so that alone should speak volumes given that the legend running/owning the company is often considered the Godfather of modern gonzo, if not the king of the genre. Justin has one thing going for him that many other directors of all colors in the industry do not; he really, really, likes women and having sex with them. This means he's not into degrading them, abusing them, or treating them badly, a marked difference from many of his peers. That's why I wondered why the cover of Black Pipe Layers 5: Special Extended Set advertised that this would be his last volume in the popular series. The movie itself was a double disc offering four lengthy scenes lasting over three hours with about another hour of behind the scenes sex as well. This is the kind of value many associate with the company and I was happy to report that the title was even better than Black Pipe Layers 4, the last of the series to come out. If you're still interested, here's a quick look at the scenes shot overseas, noting that no condoms were used and that no holes of the ladies went untapped:

Scene One: Tera Joy, the gal with the fleshy ass bent over on the lower right hand corner of the front cover, was up first as she was given her golden opportunity to work the trio of tag team tapping; Justin Slayer, Boz, and Nat Turnher. She was wearing a yellow two piece as the music played and she was playfully showing herself off for the still photographer. She looked far better in the movie than on the cover, providing just the right amount of extra flesh to make her especially sweet as she tried various poses that worked nicely for me. I loved her ass but the rest of her was nicely gifted as well, the men eventually getting their chance to plunder her holes as she aggressively took them on without reservation or care about race issues. Sexually, she did everything expected of her, including vaginal, anal, DP's, and taste testing (PTM and ATM) with the active style I like to see when physically able to do so. The vocals were limited as much by how often she had a dick in her mouth as her concentrating on enjoying the action, though I got the impression that they were stretching her limits as much as they stretched her holes so much with their meaty members. The men spared no time warming her up, even giving her some head as she blew them in return, the scene providing a solid showcase of her skills before they jerked out loads to her mouth for her to enjoy in this ~40 minute round of action.

Scene Two: Angel Dark, the cutie bent over with a white thong on the middle of the right hand side of the cover, was up next as she wore a bright blue dress during a photoshoot on a bed. The similarity to the last scene aside, she seemed almost gleeful at the video camera centering all of its attention on her; with her slightly exotic looks enhanced by the way the stalker-cam explored her so thoroughly. Her partners were also Justin Slayer, Boz; and Nat Turnher, the men surrounding her to get blown before she gave up anything else. She savored the taste of their cocks and they gave her a bit of titty sucking as a reward though it was clear what they really intended to reward her with. She gave some active riding too, going slower than Tera had done but never stopping as they worked inside of her balls deep. Scene Three: Lucy Anne, the hot blonde on the upper left hand corner of the cover was up next as she hung out with Justin Slayer, Boz, and Nat Turnher, in her European country of choice. They were walking down the populated street and taping her, the gal playfully flashing them as others along the shopping district seemed to do double takes to catch a glimpse for themselves. Her pretty eyes have long impressed me as adding some stroke value, as much as her attractive face and wonderfully appealing body. Her language skills were pretty decent and she told them that her biggest problem with black men were that so many of them fucked really hard, giving the impression that while she liked fucking, she wanted to do it on her terms. They took some stills as they entered a large apartment styled building, her clothing falling off along the way before lots more stills being shot inside the apartment while crappy music played in the background. The sexual depravity was such that she sure liked sucking their lengthy cocks and rode them harder than I thought she would given her interview. She handled anal as well as the vaginal and proved to be an active gal, even if some more lube might have helped her take it faster at times. The DP action was minimal for the most part, and the guys could not go in as far as they wanted to since she had her limits but she did taste testing and it was clear that unlike the other gals in the movie, at least she was trying to work further beyond her limits than just do what she was used too. Scene Four: Melanie Crush, the blonde on the lower left hand corner riding the motorcycle, was up next as she walked along in her white and orange dress that enhanced her curvy ass really well. The technical matters were better than usual and I found it easy to rate this one as Highly Recommended for fans of interracial action, though I reiterate that I believe we are all of the same race unlike others out there that often mean well but fall into the trap of differentiating people as often as possible. In short, Black Pipe Layers 5: Special Extended Set, like Black Pipe Layers 4 before it, showed that Justin Slayer is a good match for the company and can make some excellent porn when he sets his mind to it and picks his women carefully.
