Extra's: The best extra was the 39:14 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage as shot by Jimmy Scaffnetti and Erik Everhard. There was some extra sex, a lot of extra nudity, and some interviews; with the women as well as with Jimmy and company. It started with Maya playing the drums as badly as I do and ended with an amusing bit by Aline taking a leak on the toilet but Amy's bit was in the middle and proved to be strokable par excellence. Audio/Video Quality: Anal Cavity Search 3 was presented in a newly shot 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Erik Everhard for distribution by Jules Jordan Video. The lighting was largely even and plentiful so there was not a lot of grain or other visual issues to complain about. The camera angles always favored the women, making them look as good as possible, though usually at the expense of Erik. The camera was steady and the editing kept poor footage at a minimum, making it one of the best looking releases by Erik (tied for best if you care about details thanks to the anamorphic process that enhances the picture for widescreen televisions). Jimmy Scaffnetti worked the camera most of the time and my biggest issue was that a lot of the footage had a softer focus than usual, not enough to kill the heat but enough to be noticeable. I could quibble about minor matters (again, I'm a quibbler at heart and the mid level 6 Mbps bitrate never appearing to be an issue) but in general; it was a decent looking show. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital enhanced English, with minimal separation between the channels but all the vocals meant to be heard were clearly discernable. There wasn't a lot of thumping music as others use and the sounds of the sexual activity were picked up nicely by the built in microphone on the camera. In short, the technical matters were fairly solid all around.

Body of Review: Erik Everhard needs little introduction in the world of porn given his status as a top notch director and performer for years now. Known as much for his hard pounding style as his appreciation for the ladies, Erik rivals any other person working both sides of the camera, bar none, with his current work at Jules Jordan Video typically showing some of the best fuck for the buck value you will find. I never saw the first volume in the series but I remember last year when I watched Anal Cavity Search 2 at how good it was, coming in at over four hours of material. Well, this volume surpasses the second in quality and quantity, nearly scoring our highest rating but for some limitations in extras and technical values, still providing some of the best gonzo experiences you are likely to find on a double disc set. That said, here is a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and all of the ladies provided solid anal experiences:
