Extra's: The two best extras were the 8:01 minute long Photoshoot and a 21:18 minute long Behind the Scenes features by Kristie Love and Michael Stefano. There really wasn't a lot of difference between the two except that the BTS had a little more sex and less of the still photography going on but most of the cast were catered to; especially Pinky, and allowed to showcase their best assets. The fun factor was a bit lower than average too as the gals seemed to be there for the obvious reason (money) with little of the playful banter going on as on some other BTS features I've watched of late. Still, it was well worth checking out a time or two as the tease factor was pretty high. There was also a pop shot compilation from the scenes, a photogallery, and a director's biography; the second side of the DVD cover showing other titles instead of more pictures.

Audio/Video Quality: Ass Almighty was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Michael Stefano for Red Light District/Lucky Luciano Productions. The lighting was generally good and that helped keep the grain, video noise, and other flaws to a minimum. The fleshtones were accurate and the camera work was generally good with the composition of the shots enhancing the ladies' looks most of the time. There were no compression artifacts or significant shadows to contend with so I found the picture appealing (as will most people that like solid, flat, lighting as RLD is generally known for providing) and acknowledge the duo on camera (Michael and Claudio) for doing a fine job. The audio was nothing special although encoded in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in the usual 192 Kbps bitrate). The processing done in post production aside, the vocals were seemingly recorded in monaural and the music not a big factor so it wasn't a problem but it wasn't anything worth extra points either. In all, I wasn't surprised by the quality of the technical attributes of the movie but I wasn't expecting Michael to drop the ball either given the number of titles he has been making for various companies of late.

Body of Review: Michael Stefano was one of the original founders of the infamous Red Light District/Platinum X Pictures consortium several years back and hundreds of releases later, his influence is still felt on the "back to basics" movement inside of gonzo porn as a result. His own titles under his Lucky Luciano Productions have not been as consistently solid as a few of his peers but he routinely manages to show a devotion to ass that I'm surprised has not been picked up by the king of the genre; John "Buttman" Stagliano. Michael's latest release is Ass Almighty; a showcase for black gals with curvy backsides with five scenes proving Michael and his pal Manuel were up to the task of showing the gals a great time. Keeping in mind that the quantity of ass never overpowered the quality the gals provided, the movie will please those of you wanting to see a lot of tease and fun fucking. If you're still interested, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

She was the darkest gal of the movie and appeared to embody the saying: "The darker the meat, the sweeter the juice". I may not be a huge fan of the all the ladies in the cast but I'd be crazy to deny how skilled they were or how genetically blessed they proved to be so if you enjoy this type of action, give Ass Almighty a look and you'll be busy for a long, hard, time.
