Audio/Video: The Audio of the film is stereo 2.0 as expected. The sound is as clear as one can ask for. All scenes are shot inside on beds and couches and so there are not many external noises. The Video is Full Frame Color with all the signs of homegrown filming. The camera work is very strong, steady and enjoyable for the most part. Some scenes were not lit well and a few times the camera lingered a little too long in the dark. This is expected of amateur flicks, but after seeing a handful of Homegrown titles, this wasn't the norm.

Body of Review: Homegrown Select presents Sex Kittens 35, a very brief look at simple, amateur girl-on-girl action. Four scenes with one couple per scene, ensures that the sexy time will be light on the eyes and gentle on your pecker. Some gals are 'first' timers with a member of the same sex, but whether you believe this or not, the disc does suggest a return to the long lost art of gentleness.

Scene 1: Taylor & Salma Escobar

     These two lovelies couldn't be any more opposite in looks; Salma is a golden idol, sun kissed or naturally pigmented a deep coffee. She is perhaps Latina or maybe Indian. And Taylor is Nebraska-blond, with an average skin tone. Both gals sit on a bed, wearing nothing more than some running shorts and a workout Tee. Taylor strips Salma and nestles her model-potential face in Salma's slit. Scene 3: Janine & Lanka

Concluding Words:

Sex Kittens 35 is a sub par Homegrown Videos production. I don't know if it's because I expected a little more after seeing a few other HVP vids, or just because the film really had nothing new to offer. I truly enjoyed the amateur talent; there are a number of sexy ladies, and even the others have their moments. But acts do move as slow as the government system, so we are half through a scene before the foreplay ends. This has its merits and downfalls. A good disc for someone (i.e. couples) looking toward girl-to-girl action, but don't' want the kind geared to today's mainstream. And for the same reason, many (men mostly) may find the disc too tame. There is a nice middle ground, despite its slowness, and some talent worth viewing. I imagine some other titles in the series have better moments, but this disc doesn't seem to be one of them. Rent It.
