Audio/Video Quality: Culos Gigantes #3 was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Marco Banderas for Mercenary Pictures. The lighting was decent, eliminating the grain and video noise of some of the older works from the company. The composition of the shots was decent and tended to enhance the look of the ladies most of the time; the woman working the camera most of the time was properly credited as Lisa DeMarco. There were a few bits here and there that needed polishing up but it was pretty well done overall. There were few compression artifacts and any edge enhancement wasn't noticed when I watched the flick; probably thanks in part to the lighting (but the bitrate hovering around the 4 Mbps range or lower did not help much). The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (using a 192 Kbps bitrate) with no separation between the channels and kind of limited music added in after the fact. The vocals were also a bit unbalanced as there were times when you couldn't hear them well at all and other times when they were as plain as day but as an early effort by the performer turned director it showed a continual level of improvement; more than most at the company have displayed from what limited titles I’ve seen since the company’s inception.

Body of Review: Marco Banderas is the dark, sultry Latino that many women are finding to be irresistible for his driven performances in porn, the guy coming out of nowhere awhile back in order to provide an alternative to the vanilla and chocolate offerings of the industry. His work as a performer is very solid with many companies vying for his time but the majority of movies he has directed still come from Mercenary Pictures; a fairly obscure company known mainly for interracial titles and sporadic attempts at marketing. Marco’s latest release as director is Culos Gigantes #3, the sequel to Culos Gigantes 2, a movie literally about ladies with “gigantic asses”. While I prefer ladies with large, shapely, asses instead of the cellulite packed backs some titles such as this are known for, I had to admit that having seen the cast list last week, I couldn’t resist picking up my copy of the flick to see how the ladies fared in all five lengthy scenes. If you’re still interested, here’s a quick glimpse into the action noting that no condoms were worn:

Scene One: Pinky, the neon tressed gal featured on the lower left hand corner of the cover, was up first as she teased outside wearing an impossibly small outfit (with a slight nod to smoking a cigarette). Once again, I liked the oiled up body she presented and she seemed thick without quite so much fat as most of the others had displayed during their respective scenes. It was the longest scene of the day and to be frank, my most anticipated scene of the movie thanks to her working with Marco Banderas and Lexington Steele. Summary: Culos Gigantes #3 by director Marco Banderas for Mercenary Pictures showed ample amounts of ladies with junk in their trunk to merit a rating of Recommended or better from me; the technical values better than last time even if the cast of ladies was somewhat mixed in terms of consistent sexual entertainment value. The fuck for the buck and strokability of most scenes may vary depending on your specific tastes but Sandra Romain once again ruled the roost as she gave her all in a very fine performance. In short, Culos Gigantes #3, like Culos Gigantes 2 before it, was a sign that Marco has been working on getting even better with time so I can’t wait to see what my gal pal Ravyn comes up with when she reviews volume four soon (at least I hope it’s soon, last I heard, she was having just a little bit too much fun with it…).
