The Christmas theme was kind of weird given the release date and the listed date of production but it had some moments well worth checking out. Audio/Video Quality: Shay Jordan: Video Nasty was presented in the usual 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Celeste for Digital Playground. The high end equipment and skilled crew of regulars assisted director of photography Robby to make this release another of his more artistic attempts for Celeste, never going too far in the process as he stuck firmly to his gonzo roots as best he could under her guidelines. The lighting was very solid here, Robby handling the technical matters for gal-pal Celeste, and that meant that the limited amounts of grain and other visual elements used to lend a sense of texture were minimal. The way the scenes were shot and edited was markedly similar in the scenes, though the composition of the angles was changed up a bit depending on the scene in question (and the colors were richer than I think I’ve ever seen in one of her movies). The composition of the shots and the editing enhanced the look of the ladies more than a little bit with Sidney Michaels taking on the job of editing; with the DVD mastering revealing no compression artifacts. The bitrate for the visuals hovered around the mid to upper 6 Mbps this time with few flaws but not as low in resolution as previous efforts in related series. The audio was presented in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English using a 384 Kbps bitrate; twice that of most porn made these days, with a minimalist leaning that seemed unique in most ways to productions outside of the Jack series, with the vocals always dominating the audio track as I like it. There wasn't much separation between the channels, if any outside of the rare music, but the ladies were always clearly heard here.

Well, the latest pairing of the female director and cute contract performer comes out on Valentine’s Day this year, my early copy of Shay Jordan: Video Nasty allowing me to give readers a glimpse into the proverbial future with my technological crystal ball; Shay’s three full scenes offering up a wealth of stroke material for you to enjoy. The idea behind the series is for the ladies get a bit freakier than usual for the director, providing a nice amount of compromise between the shooting style of her and her favorite cameraman. If this sounds appealing to you, here’s a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

The cast was not at their best and even though Shay was a fine looking lady in all three of her scenes, I would have liked her be given the reigns here to do as she wanted, perhaps elevating the heat as a result. In short, Shay Jordan: Video Nasty really did not show her being particularly nasty or the gal at her best so I rated it as a Rent It, though slavering fans will probably adore her scenes as much as ever given her physical appeal so check it out if you’re one of them.
