The Movie:

The colors look good, the picture is bright and clear looking throughout and there are no problems with mpeg compression artifacts or edge enhancement. Skin tones look nice and natural and detail levels are fine from start to finish.

The Audio:

The English language Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo mix on this DVD isn't going to blow you away but it certainly gets the job done. Dialogue, of which there is actually a fair bit, sounds pretty clean and the score is mixed in strongly enough to matter but not so heavily as to drown out the performers while they do their thing, thankfully. Reference quality? Nope, but then again, it doesn't need to be. The sounds of rock and roll going into buttholes comes through with enough clarity and poise to matter.

The Extras:

The only really substantial supplement on this DVD is a Behind The Scenes featurette that is just under forty-minutes of Joanna and her fellow cast members goofing off on the set and at various other locations. There isn't really much of substance here but if you want a personality piece or you want a better look at what it's like to be a porn star when you're not 'on the job' so to speak, this serves a purpose.

Aside from that, there are trailers for nine other Burning Angels projects, a decent still gallery of hardcore images, a web link, some static menu screens and a scene selection sub-menu.

Overall:

The extras aren't as strong as they have been on other Burning Angel DVD releases in the past but the content is hot enough that we can overlook that and the presentation if alright. If watching punk chicks get drilled in the ass is your thing, Rock & Roll In My Butthole will get your willy's attention and then some. Recommended.
