Extras: The best extras for most of you will be the bonus scenes from Ass Attack 2 (Tiffany Rayne...Yum!) and Anal Expedition 7 (Flower Tucci...oh yeah!) that are described below. While not related to the content of this movie, they were still fine scenes of decadent smut so I enjoyed them a lot (more than several of the new scenes here) even if I did not give as many points because they were not originally made the movie. There was also a 52:57 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that included Manuel and much of the cast having some fun times, including additional sexual material for those of you paying attention. Audio/Video Quality: Evil Anal 7 was presented in a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel using the MPEG-2 codec for the standard definition release with 480i resolution. The colors were saturated and tinted much of the time, the lighting levels suboptimal, and there was a fair amount of grain but once again Manuel brings home the raw energy despite these technical issues. I know that he and some of his friends are working on making even better looking movies for the future and this was definitely a step in the right direction but I want even more from him as he evolves. The video bitrate hovered on the low end, often in the mid to upper 2 Mbps area, and there was a little bit of aliasing going on but the composition of the camerawork was decent enough. In short, whatever technical limitations were present was not erection killing even if a guy like me wants significant improvement. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 192 Kbps and 48 kHz sampling rate; sounding almost average compared to the video as all the gals could be heard (though the lack of separation and limited dynamic range could also be worked on).

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara and his association with Evil Angel have yielded a number of solid gonzo offerings to date, the double disc phenomenon upsetting people at rival companies unable to provide as much fuck for the buck value as they try to compete. For what it's worth, I always caution them that quantity is not as important as quality, Manuel providing a lot of personal chemistry in his scenes most of the time that serves as a much higher barrier for them to overcome than length of scenes and amount of extras alone, a similar dynamic taking place for some of his peers at the company. His latest release making it my way is Evil Anal 7: Special Set, the sequel to Evil Anal 6 that some people really liked a lot. In short, Evil Anal 7: Special Set will make fans of Evil Anal 6 even happier due to the added value bonus scenes and BTS, Manuel certainly knowing how to give fans what they demand in a tight economy. It had some rough edges to it, a few of the ladies not living up to their potential being the main problem, but you rarely go wrong with anything associated with this director given the way the ladies love his spirited appreciation of them.
