Extras: This double disc devoted an entire disc to extras, the most unique for an adult project being the iPod compatible download version of the movie for those so equipped. There were also some desktop wallpapers on this DVD-ROM segment of the disc for those who care. Many of you will enjoy the 34:57 minute long bonus scene from My Fantasy Girls (this being the secretary scene starring Mikayla Mendez and Mike Adriano. It was a standard scene with oral and vaginal sex but worth the "free" status regardless. The 12:01 minute Behind the Scenes was kind of fun too as was the 7:42 minute Blooper Reel. Then came 16:30 minutes of interviews with the performers (Ashlynn Brooke, Alexis Texas, Stephanie Swift, and Codi Carmichael), some trailers, a photogallery and the set was all covered in a slipcase.

Audio/Video Quality: The Office: A XXX Parody was presented in a sharp looking 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen picture as shot by director Lee Roy Myers for New Sensations using the MPEG-2 codec with 480i resolution in this standard definition version. It looked much like the mediocre television show in some ways if you don't look too closely, the flat lighting helping to minimize the grain and video noise in most scenes. There were few compression artifacts that I noticed and the video bitrate seemed to hover around the 5.5 Mbps mark, the fluid camerawork coming across like the show too. The use of the camera as the fourth wall (the characters talk to the audience) was a nice touch too, helping elevate the technical aspects a bit in terms of the parody impact. The company logo was always present in the lower right hand corner if that bothers you, I know it kills a show for many. The audio was presented in a standard 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate, no separation between the channels, a limited dynamic range, and music from the archival vaults except for the one piece that just didn't work for me. I will give credit for overall presentation though as the show was not far off in several minor ways from the American version of the television show.

Body of Review: New Sensations is currently best known as a production company that releases tons of compilations, mining the heck out of their expansive back catalog titles for various series all designed to cater to narrow market niches of consumers. What some people do not know is that the company still shoots new scenes, albeit not as many of them these days and occasionally comes up with a gem. The latest such title is a comedy called The Office: A XXX Parody. Following the television sitcum craze started mainly by the folks at X-Play with their lines of popular parodies, New Sensation came up with a moderately amusing version of the series by the same name (which was derived from a British show of much higher quality, if drier wit). I'm not an expert of the show or its allure to younger audiences, most of the times I watched it I felt that the writers need an extended vacation to brush up on their joke writing skills, but now pornified by New Sensations, it comes in as an amusing enough take on the show that will help you last until the next good comedy porn rolls off the presses. The back cover described it like this: "When the cameras enter the offices of Dinder Muffin, it's up to "World's Bust Boss", Michelle (Ashlynn Brooke), to make sure that the hard drives are hard and the water cooler is wet. That's why she's not only the boss, she's the employee of the month! It's the must see XXX TV parody of the year, when a huge all star cast (that's what she said!) stars in New Sensations' hilarious hump-fest, The Office: A XXX Parody. The splooge and jokes fly with Ashlynn Brooke, Jenna Haze, Stephanie Swift, Alexis Texas, Gianna Michaels, Faye Reagan, Dahlia Denyle, Codi Carmichael, James Deen, Dane Cross, Ralph Long, Rocco Reed, and Mark Wood. When Michelle (Ashlynn Brooke) is caught with her foot in her mouth, her boss, Jen (Stephanie Swift) swiftly replaces it with her dripping wet pussy and forces Michelle to teach the employees about sexual harassment first hand! Today, the employees of Dinder Muffin will experience data entry, overhead, accunting, and dicktation like they've never experienced before! This is one office where nobody gets laid off but they all get laid!" Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Jenna Haze, arguably the most popular gal in porn at this writing (as seen on the lower right hand portion of the front cover), was up first with super salesman James Deen, the couple in the copy room to consummate a physical yearning for one another. If asked, I'd have to admit that I thought they got off here, their juices flowing freely and believably.

Scene Five: Dahlia Denyle, a redhead turned on by the show but preferring cock over pussy, was up next with Rocco Reed and Ralph Long as they took her on the desk. She would suck one off while the other went down on her to the generic music, the gal kind of passive compared to some of the others in the movie. Alexis displayed some nice chemistry, not on par with her work with Pete but certainly as though she was cranking it up a notch from a general moper (which Mark is not). Summary: The Office: A XXX Parody by director Lee Roy Myers for New Sensations was a good first attempt at a porn parody, eschewing the homage to the show as the more popular team known for doing them tend to do in favor of pornifying the dynamic. The sexual discourse was a mixed bag to be sure but I still thought the overall package merited a rating of Recommended thanks to the entertainment value of the non-sex performances, lighter than the best but certainly better than the parodies shot by some of the other companies in the business these days. In short, The Office: A XXX Parody tried something new, copying a lesser known comedy currently airing rather than a show with a longer run and better ratings, making me think that the director might be able to pull off an even better try in future productions if given a better writing team and budget. I look forward to such an effort as the potential was definitely there to do something bolder and better.
