Extras: For most of you, the unedited scene from The AJ Bailey Experiment as described below, will be the best extra. It was unrelated to this production other than starring the highly attractive AJ Bailey but clocking in at 32:38 minutes sure did not hurt the appeal of the footage. The lengthy, 43:55 minute long Behind the Scenes feature was my favorite though, additional sex material combined with nudity and some exposition of the movie by the cast & crew added to the benefits it bestowed here. There was also a photogallery, some spam, and some trailers, the advertised positions room nowhere to be found.

Audio/Video Quality: Tight was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color it was shot in by director Paul Thomas for Vivid Entertainment using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec in 480i resolution. The lighting was well handled and this added to the pleasure of watching the gals in play as the lengthy scenes gave them enough freedom to explore their sexuality. The composition of the camera angles and lighting were almost always optimal this time, Skow seeing fit to try and enhance the look of the ladies at every turn as possible, Fletcher Martin editing the raw footage quite well, and Paul leaving them alone in order to maximize the net benefit each crew member instilled to the project. The fleshtones were accurate too and the DVD mastering was well done (if only in a bitrate hovering around 4.3 Mbps), making it a mixed bag in terms of visual quality; leaning towards above average though the company watermark will be bothersome to many out there. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 256 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering with the vocals sounding flat and the music pretty decent. The separation and dynamic range appeared a bit better than usual too, making me wonder if Vivid is upgrading again.

Body of Review: Paul Thomas was the type of director who always left an impression that he'd much rather be doing mainstream work, his adult scenes rarely hitting the mark as a result when he was a contract director at Vivid Entertainment. Still, the man having literally grown up in the industry always meant he tried to provide a personal side in his flicks, the end results mixed but sometimes surprisingly appealing. Earlier this year, the company came up with a really good idea regarding the popular director, allow him to direct the dialogue portions of a few movies while allowing a dedicated expert on shooting sex handle the bedroom reigns, coming up with movies like Tight. The movie is a series of vignettes largely handled by lead company director B. Skow, the performances actually a few notches above what I expected when I picked this one up for review the other day. The back cover described the movie like this: "Payback is a bitch. Especially when it's our bitches. AJ steals her husband's mistress and pleases her like her husband never could. Mason gets back at her boss by fucking her boyfriend at the company office party in his big, designer, closet all over his fancy coats! Mr. Marcus turns the tables on the GPS girl and fucks her from every direction including South. And Madelyn turns the tables on AJ, as they sway boyfriends and revenge fuck all night long! AJ stars, PT tells the stories, and B.Skow shoots. Now that's what we call Tight." Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Goose and Gander: AJ Bailey, the foxy blond babe featured on the front cover, was up first as she masturbated in bed, soon taking matters into her own hand regarding her husband's mistress (played by Nikita Von James). Scene Three: In The Coat Room: AJ Bailey, Mason Moore, the Mighty Evan Stone, and Tommy Gunn, were up next as a couple of couples looking to get off. Mason and Evan were the focal point of the scene this time and their tryst started off when she flashed him in the car during their liquor buying spree, his love of her perfect ass such that he couldn't keep his hands (or tongue) off or out of her). They moved to the bedroom where they went nuts with each other, their personal chemistry quite solid together as she put on a strip show. Scene Four: GPS Girl 2: Dana DeArmond, dressed in her skimpy outfit, picked up where she left off with Mr. Marcus, directing him where to kiss and orally please her. Bonus Scene: The AJ Bailey Experiment: AJ Bailey, this time gracing the screen in black satin panties and stripper shoes, was again in the dilapidated building as she pulled on her pubic hairs and otherwise warmed up, masturbating with a black dildo until joining lucky Billy Glide in a storeroom with a mattress tossed on the floor. Summary: Tight by director Paul Thomas for Vivid Entertainment advertised "5 tight stories" when it only provided four and not all of the sexual trysts were up to snuff in my book but it was certainly well worth a rating of Recommended given the strength of performance by gals like lovely AJ Bailey and Mason Moore. The strokability and replay value of Tight should work well for anyone dedicated to watching smutty sex take place but aside from some rough edges in need of polishing up, it was a decent collaboration between Skow and Thomas that could have yielded even better results with more effort placed in finding better suited partners and a better script so check it out.
