The Movie:

The latest in Tom Byron's series that focuses on ladies with a bit to spare back there, House Of Ass 12 features some nice looking ladies with some lovely looking derrieres but isn't as ass-centric as you might want it to be, given that it's basically promising us a literal house-load of it. How much ass exactly makes up a house's worth? Tough to say, exactly, but it's gotta be more than what's here. That said, as far as quality straight up regular old gonzo sex compilations go, Byron's done a fine job here. Each of the five foxy females appearing here is easy on the eyes and evidently quite a spirited fuck in her own right and that counts for a lot. Just don't go in expecting anything on the level of, say. Ass Parade

There's no plot to speak of and each scene features only the slightest of build ups, but it does what it does quite well. Here's a look:

Scene 1 - London Keyes And Nick Manning: I've said it before but isn't London Keyes one of the best things to happen to porno in a long time? She's gorgeous, she's fun, and she fucks like a champ. Video:

This shot on digital video production looks pretty clean presented here in a reasonably stable anamorphic 1.78.1 widescreen transfer. There is some mild edge enhancement in a couple of spots and a noticeable bit of mpeg compression evident throughout in the darker scenes. Skin tones look nice and natural, the compositions are dead on (though some of the camera work in a couple of spots is quite shaky), and aside from the fact that this digital video production looks like a digital video production and as such suffers from the minor defects usually associated with the format, everything looks as good as you'd realistically expect it to.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround track is quite sufficient. The dialogue comes through cleanly and clearly as do all of the moans and groans. There is no background music used anywhere during the feature aside from the opening credits and the levels do tend to fluctuate quite a bit from scene to shining scene but aside from that there isn't much to whine about here. The audio is fine.

Extras:

Aside from a photo gallery, some trailers and a web-link, there is the aforementioned bonus scene with Savannah Stern that was originally included on House Of Ass 4. It's just shy of twenty eight minutes long and while it looks just a little bit dated, it features Miss Stern before her chest augmentation ruined her good looks for some of us, and for that, it's worth checking out. It's your standard girl on guy scene though the camera does tend to focus on her posterior a bit more than average, which makes sense.

There's a Behind The Scenes (14:18) featurette here that includes some good clips of Astrid teasing a guy, and some more (and very welcome) footage of London talking about her scene and then cleaning up in the shower. There's also some footage of Monique Alexander in here, talking quite frankly about anal sex.

Final Thoughts:

While a bit more ass-vision would have gone a long way to filling this house, this is still a pretty stroke worthy collection of scenes. It may not work as a fetish video, per se, but it does provide five strong scenes featuring some up and comers and a few well established ladies and it presents a nice variety of different looking girls. The quality of the presentation is decent as are the extras. House Of Ass 12 could have been better, but it delivers some pretty solid sex and as such comes recommended.
