Extras: In terms of unrelated extras, the bonus scene from The Nikki Jayne Experiment, starring Nikki Jayne, Meggan Mallone, and Jerry that lasted 48:32 minutes was the best of the batch. The best related extra was the 19:20 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Mike Maravich, the cast and crew getting a few moments to discuss aspects of their lives. There was also a photogallery, some trailers, spam, and positions menu's stuffed inside the scene selection part of the disc.

Audio/Video Quality: Meggan's Big Ass Adventure was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color it was shot in by director B. Skow for Vivid using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec in 480 resolution for this DVD. The flick was shot in 1080i/60 high definition awhile back, though presented in the SD format in a short feature playing off his skills best. The lighting was well handled and this added to the pleasure of watching the gals in play as the lengthy scenes gave them enough freedom to explore their sexuality. The composition of the camera angles was almost always optimal this time, Skow seeing fit to try and enhance the look of the ladies at every turn as possible, the minor grain not bothering me nearly as much as it could have in less capable hands. The fleshtones were accurate too and the DVD mastering was well done (the bitrate hovering around 4.2 Mbps), even if the lighting was off at times (the company watermark will be bothersome to some out there but only some given its location). At times there appeared to be multiple cameras used on some scenes, the equipment not matched up so the edits were more readily apparent, a soft haze included at times that I could not quite explain. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 256 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering with the vocals sounding flat and the music pretty decent. The aural qualities of the movie appeared to offer some separation and increased dynamic range, the vocals easily heard in most cases and mixed in with the ambient noises as well as music but some scenes were not as well handled in this regard as others for those paying attention.

Body of Review: B. Skow took over being the lead director at Vivid not too long ago as part of their much needed house cleaning. This allowed the company to focus resources and pare down the frills to provide consumers the kind of smut they wanted, even some of the harshest critics admitting that "this ain't the Vivid your daddy used to watch." The latest release by Skow involved someone very near and dear to the guy, the title being Meggan's Big Ass Adventure showcasing Houston hotty Meggan Mallone in three scenes stuffed with all the lengthy tease the director is known for providing. In terms of a focal point, the females all had shapely asses and while they may not have done anal, the heat levels were actually better than expected. The back cover described the movie like this: "B. Skow presents his ode to big butts, up and in your face, in Meggan's Big Butt Adventure. Whether it's a little afternoon delight with Bill Bailey, or Mark Wood pounding exotic Isis Taylor in a gameroom, or London Keys doing her exotic Asian sex dance for a live web sex cam, or big titter Alanah Rae taking John Strong in so many ways, there's a big butt in every scene, and it's often Meggan's. Couldn't you use a little Adventure in your life? You couldn't ass for anything more." Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

In short, Meggan's Big Ass Adventure was a sexual adventure that showed a lot of Meggan's potential enhanced by the directorial decisions of B. Skow, the quantity of fuck for the buck playing nicely with the strokability and replay value to make it stand out from the crowd.
