Audio/Video Quality: Up Skirts 2 was presented in a very appealing 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Miles Long for Zero Tolerance using the MPEG-2 codec for the standard definition release (using a standard 480 resolution). The lighting was usually optimal and it generally limited the grain, video noise, and shadows other productions seem unable to get rid of far too often; the crotches not as consistently well lit as they should have been but generally well handled. The composition of the shots were typically flattering to the ladies and there was rarely any doubt about what was going on and where it was going; given the quality of the cast, this made it more enjoyable too. The fleshtones were generally accurate and the bitrate hovered in the mid 4.6 Mbps area so it did not look bad but aside from the rare light haze here, it was again okay. There were no compression artifacts and the visuals were generally handled pretty well here. The audio was presented in a 1.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate of most productions. The music was generic but the vocals; while plain as could be, could be heard in almost all cases; only slightly hollow at times when the ladies were making it clear their limits were being pushed. The levels were set on the low side at times too but during the sexual portions, things weren't as bad.

Body of Review: Miles Long has been directing and otherwise assisting Zero Tolerance and its sister companies make some decent gonzo porn over the years, his own take on things tending to add just a hint of nastiness not so openly followed by some of his peers. The replay value, strokability, and technical values were all substantially decent and each scene had at least some up skirt action as promised. In short, Up Skirts 2 had five scenes of ladies showing off their assets while wearing skirts, the tease punctuated by often energetic action with their male partners to make this one for fans to appreciate.
