Panty Pops is presented on DVD with a 1.78:1 aspect ratio. The film looks good with vibrant colors, sharp details, and an overall clean presentation. There's a little grain and some compression at times, but these moments aren't enough to sour the look of the picture. The audio is hit or miss with a 2.0 presentation, and for the most part it's kind of flat. That's to be expected I suppose.

This was actually one of the better scenes on Panty Pops due to her performance.

Summary:

Panty Pops is, well...it's kind of a dud. There are a few scenes here that stand out as being better than the rest, but even they aren't as good as we've seen from these performances. Maybe it was the them, or maybe it was just the direction, but the release just didn't really do it for me. I liked the cast enough, but it would seem their talent just wasn't capitalized upon.
