Extras: The extras on the first disc included a cast list, six Belladonna trailers, a company promotional trailer, and websites. The second disc added some filmographies and a cumshot recap but the best extra was the 194:54 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage. Much of it involved interviews but there was some additional sex footage too, Pete sparking up and Belladonna showing where she was coming from so the haters of rough sex could chill (if they listened to her).

Audio/Video Quality: Belladonna: Manhandled 4 was presented in the usual 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Belladonna for Evil Angelin a standard definition release using the MPEG-2 codec with 480 resolution. As expected, the mixed level of lighting resulted in some grain and video noise, the creative team behind the project focusing on raw energy and kink over technical superiority, most of the scenes looking unpolished and rough. Still, the action was clear enough and fetish fans will find the sheer amount of fuck for the buck to be enough to largely compensate for the technical limitations that still remain. The camera angles were a mixed batch and the video bitrate hovered in the 3.4 Mbps area when I spot checked it, the relative lack of editing an interesting approach. In any case, the audio was presented in a similar fashion with a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in the usual 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate) offering that sounded hollow with no separation between the channels and no music to bore you with. Still, it was not significantly worse than most gonzo titles out at this time, the sonic portion less important to most fans than the visuals.

Body of Review: Belladonna is one of the many directors at Evil Angel that has really kept them in the forefront or cutting edge of providing what fans want, occasionally going further than my jaded comfort zone but almost always providing a strokable experience. Her latest movie is a double disc offering called Belladonna: Manhandled 4, the first disc providing almost three hours of very rough sex (the kind that is growing increasingly rare in domestic productions) and the second offering even more footage than that of Belladonna and the cast discussing their own takes on this kind of thing. With a cast including extreme queen Belladonna herself, cute Kristina Rose, hotty Ashli Orion, and the amazing London Keyes, I was sure this would be a winner though some of the screen shots I had seen on the company website left me wondering if the style used in one of the scenes might have needed a different approach (Kristina’s scene was shot under very, very low level lighting with flashlights by the looks of it). The raw energy was top notch in every scene though, my repeated comments regarding Bella’s movies being less oriented on technical wizardry than awesome pairings again a true assessment.

The Extras Disc

Scene One: Belladonna, wearing the dress she had on the front cover, was up first as she was tossed around by Ramon Nomar in the hotel lobby. He was getting so abusive that the concierge tried to interrupt but the man was soundly rebuked, Ramon stripping Belladonna to humiliate her as he asserted himself. While some might take exception to the rough sex angle, Bella clearly wanted it that way and after some vaginal pounding, she slobbed his knob using both hands with her mouth in unison as she looked up into his eyes with a lustful stare. The levels of energy and chemistry were very strong, a good sign for an opening scene.

Scene Two: Kristina Rose, a popular anal princess, was up next in a dark room with James Deen, the decision to light the scene with a flashlight striking me as questionable. She teased him as he took some naughty pictures, Kristina showing herself as he pushed her limits further with each passing moment. He ate her and had her choke on his pecker, grabbing her neck at times for some breath play but the emphasis on rough stuff did not mean there was any lack of more oral and vaginal penetration. Like the previous scene, the couple were working up a sheen of sweat and going at it nonstop, the passion and enthusiasm also elevating the overall score of the fuck flick. I hated the use of the flashlight to capture the tryst even if it added a degree of mystery to the action, increasing right up to the end when he gave her a facial of spunk for her efforts.

Scene Three: London Keyes, one of the hottest looking ladies in porn, was up next as the captive of creepy Jordan Ash, the gal trapped in a trunk before he let her out to satisfy his needs. I know it was just acting but there was a chill running down my spine more than a few times, a testament to London’s acting abilities as he “warmed her up” with fingers and mouth, some forced hummer action and additional oral eventually showing her acquiesce to his desires and get into it. Summary: Belladonna: Manhandled 4 by Belladonna for Evil Angel will not appeal to as broad an audience as some of her earlier works but each of the four lengthy scenes was a treasure trove of strokable content, the extras serving up to explain how they all had a good time for those that don’t watch closely enough to figure this out for themselves. With such replay value and passionate content, however edgy it might be seen by fans of vanilla porn, the double disc set showed the kind of material that just doesn’t get made very often domestically, earning it a rating of Highly Recommended. In short, Belladonna: Manhandled 4 showcased rough sex and wild abandon the likes that one has come to expect from Belladonna, her scene, Kristina Rose’s, London Keyes’, and Ashli Orion, all adding up to make this a winner.
