The Sweet Heart video logo stylized with a banner like placement at the top of the box. This proud placing of the marketing monikers shows that Mile High Media cares which is supplemented by the director credit of Dana Vespoli. This can be found under the Sweetheart Video emblem on the top left corner of the box.

A more organized backbox displays stills of fully nude women engaged in beautiful lesbian sex. OPENING STATEMENT:

I get very excited when I see a former female performer take the reigns of directorial duties. This all girl release may not be for everyone but it will definitely cause intrigue among the many who are graced by its presence. It’s time to get this DVD spinning.

CHERIE DEVILLE, KATRINA JADE:

An impressive shot of a floating camera following a little orange car starts this film.  Cherie DeVille is driving and describing why she’s even on this journey in the first place. As she narrates the serene camera shots of her car sailing down the highway paint a  driven Cherie lead by the purpose of starting life anew. She’s on her way to LA to revitalize her writing career after some life-damage occurred from a failed marriage. Her character also happens to be a writer. Cherie finally arrives at her new abode but not long after settling in does something strangely awkward happen. Cherie DeVille hangs up her phone after a conversation with her mother to be alerted to a sudden rapping on the door. Through the glass panels of the door, nothing but a black figure is seen. It's in the form of a woman standing there frozen at the doorstep. Cherie must investigate and opens the door at once. It’s Katrina Jade standing there like a zombie-doll. She barely utters an inquiry about a mysterious person that Cherie is not familiar with. She then slowly walks away leaving Cherie flummoxed at her doorstep.

Cherie has faced what every writer faces in their career; a stump in the creative flow. She’s seen so far seemingly at ease with every other aspect of her life like laying in the pool and relaxing in her new home. Yet leaving her little bubble and reconnecting seems to be an issue for this character that Cherie is playing.  Is that about to change? More knocking on Cherie DeVille’s door. New neighbors, it seems as she’s greeted by warm smiles from Brandi Love and Alexis Fawx. The warm introduction leads to Cherie finding out these two are together because of a tragedy leaving widows in the wake of loss. They are now together here in front of Cherie DeVille showing the demeanor of curious neighbors. They eventually leave allowing Cherie to retire to her slumber after gathering what just happened.

Enter the shadows, a sleeping Cherie Deville has a devilish prowler in her bedroom watching her in deep sleep. Katrina Jade is in Cherie’s bedroom! The sex ignites instantly with the girls locked into sex as if they are under a spell. The voracious sex storm has the girls tearing each other’s night garments off as if they knew each other all along and it’s only getting started. Cherie notifies Alexis of her boom in productivity since coming out of a recent slump.  After the abrupt and awkward exchange, Cherie ponders at exactly who these “neighbors” really are.  This just doesn’t add up for Cherie as she sits there in front of her computer with her cup of coffee.

Cherie jumps in her car due to her inquisitive mind taking causing an investigation. Montage scenes of the widowed wives and very cute masseuses flow through with intensely orchestrated music as the soundtrack cues cuts of Cherie driving around.  We go back to Alexis stripping herself to be massaged by Elsa Jean. She is immediately grabbed by the ferocious MILF.  We slide into the sex seamlessly with these two snatching each other up as if they were meant to be. It’s a dreamy scene deserving of the cover shot it earned with the three goddesses just standing there in the form of these three performers in this very scene. I was thoroughly taken with how well all these Athenian frames looked in full motion while stacked on top of each other.

While this tower of quivering flesh wavers in excited glee you see the hungriest of them being Cherie humping the other women like a lustful lioness.  It’s a visceral and primal group sex scene that really sells this movie. FINAL THOUGHTS:

This is a feature that is easily Recommended because it ’s a porn film with a plot that’ll keep you wanting to see what happens next whether you’re into girl/girl stuff or not. It’s a standalone tale that involves writers and witches with a  unique twist at the end rewarding those who stick all the way through to the end. A collector has reason to include this on their shelf because of the star power alone including the director herself. Dana Vespoli is a former performer that started out in a vital era of the digital age of porno. She now gives us character driven smut stories to remember porn by.  The Coven Wives is for every type of porn fan out there. Watch it at least once!
